 SUMMITS shop floor comprises of of built up area of 2037 Sq mt with a spread of 7407 sq mt of open work area. The shop floor and assembly line provide a dust free environment that eliminates operator fatigue and increases productivity. The state of the art Test Facility ensures the quality of the products in process and at the final stage. Air compressor facility of 1500cfm is utilized for test of all the products.
 The installed latest TIG and MIG welding machines, Vertical Machining center, EOT cranes and mobile cranes equipped in the fabrication / assembly shop minimizes the process time and increases productivity. Our Custom built paint booth ensures that the products are painted in a dust free and controlled environment that contributes to a long lasting paint finish. The company practices 5S and that helps improve wok discipline and improve productivity. Our welders are certified by Lloyds.,BVQi & TUV.
The facility is backed by Sufficient Captive power that helps increase man hour and machine utilization. The Human Interaction Department identifies the need of training from time to time for all employees in their related fields and training programme’s conducted for skill and knowledge improvement.
