Blower Reactivated Gas Dryer Supplied for IOCL Panipat

Summits Hygronics has supplied a Blower Reactivated Gas Dryer for the Debutanizer Overhead Gas Dryer Package at IOCL Panipat. Developed through close collaboration with IOCL, the project highlights our focus on customer-specific engineering and tailored gas drying solutions.

The system is designed to dry methane and ethane gas streams using Temperature Swing Adsorption (TSA) technology, which ensures effective moisture removal through low-temperature adsorption and high-temperature regeneration.

The dryer features a blower-based reactivation system that supports efficient and consistent regeneration, helping to maintain long-term drying performance. Drying methane and ethane gases is critical to prevent hydrate formation, corrosion, and moisture-related blockages in downstream equipment, thereby ensuring smooth and reliable refinery operations. It also improves the overall gas quality and slightly enhances the calorific value, contributing to better process efficiency.

This project demonstrates Summits Hygronics' collaborative approach, technical capability, and commitment to supporting India's refining and petrochemical industries with advanced gas purification systems.
